9- ORDER CONFIRMATION OR CANCELLATION<\/b><\/p>

9.1. Tagarela Tours<\/strong> may not validate a booking that does not have a guarantee of good collection, if the booking is incomplete or incorrect, or if the ordered tours are no longer available. In any of the cases mentioned, Tagarela Tours<\/strong> informs the end consumer via email that the sales contract was not fulfilled, and Tagarela Tours did not proceed with the sale, specifying the reasons.<\/span><\/p>

9.2.<\/strong> If the tours booked on www.tagarelatours.pt are not available at the time of your last access to the site, even after receiving the booking confirmation, or when Tagarela Tours<\/strong> receives your booking, the seller immediately informs the user of the unavailability.<\/span><\/p>

9.3.<\/strong> If booking and payment have been made for tours that are subsequently unavailable, Tagarela Tours<\/strong> will refund the money paid for the unavailable items.<\/span><\/p>

9.4. Tagarela Tours<\/strong> reserves the right to refuse any booking, regardless of the reason, and is not responsible for any damage or cost. 10- PAYMENT AND CANCELLATIONS<\/b><\/p>

10.2.<\/strong> The cancellation of a booking with Tagarela Tours<\/strong> may result in the application of cancellation fees by Tagarela Tours, with additional banking fees if applicable, as outlined in the following paragraphs. Upon canceling any booking, the customer will be notified via email or phone regarding the total cancellation fees.<\/span><\/p>

  1. a) If the cancellation occurs with a minimum advance notice of 7 consecutive days, there will be no cancellation fee.<\/span><\/li>
  2. b) If the cancellation occurs with an advance notice between 3 to 7 consecutive days, the customer will incur in a cancellation fee of 50%.<\/span><\/li>
  3. c) If the cancellation occurs with an advance notice of 2 consecutive days, the customer will incur a cancellation fee of 100%.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

    11- PAYMENT CONDITIONS AND SECURITY GUARANTEES<\/b><\/p>

    11.1.<\/strong> The client must pay 20% of the total value of the booking prior to the tour by credit card.<\/span><\/p>

    11.2<\/strong>. The rest of the value can be payed on the day of the tour by credit card, paypal, money or other option provide by Tagarela Tours<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>

    11.3.<\/strong> In payments made by credit or debit card, all data (such as card number, expiration date, or security code) will be sent to the company that provides remote electronic payment services, if they pay. These details will not be used by Tagarela Tours<\/strong> except for the necessary operations related to the purchase or refund, in case of reimbursement under the exercise of the right of return, or for communication to the police in case of fraud.<\/span><\/p>

    11.4.<\/strong> If the customer chooses to pay via ATM (Multibanco), Tagarela Tours<\/strong> will only start processing the order after receiving the payment. Therefore, in this payment method, it is advisable to go to the Multibanco ATM as soon as possible to receive confirmation of your order as quickly as possible. If 2 consecutive working days pass after placing your order and no payment has been received, the order will be canceled.<\/span><\/p>
